so, these days I have focused on coloring other people line art. heck, I also am interested in inking/screentone some black and white stuff too. it has just as much artistic merit as doing the pencil work. but hey it's not like I can't draw, but I'm in a rut. I was SO fricken happy that I finished that demo ness coloring that I started up another lineart coloring.
as is my habit, I start with the background then moved on. I am now at a complete loss of how to finish out my color scheme. ugh. It's another piece with an angel in it and I'm thinking about switching over to the background again and then attempt the central figure.
another part of me is considering switching creative directions for a little bit and start painting the large number of miniatures (from our Talisman board game). I've lost a lot of creative steam recently, and sure I've been busy at work, but there's no reason I can't do this stuff on my day off.
my scanner is dead

so I'm just working on stuff and I guess I'll post it en masse after I get a hold of some scanner time. also I'm tempted to pick something to start practicing my digital coloring skills... hmmm. I also want to do an ink/screentone piece.
weekend project for sure.
